RETURN POLICY

Summary of conditions and return and exchange process

You have 15 calendar days to change or return the garment. Only garments in perfect condition without having been used will be accepted. Only the exchange or return of the bra and pajamas will be accepted. It will have to go in the organic cotton bag. Panties cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

For the return you must request it through contacto@udhara.es or from instagram @udhara.lencerianatural at the bottom of our website. You will see it very easily.

In the event that you have more than one product in your order, print the order confirmation page, as a receipt, and select which product you are returning.

Use the same envelope from the purchase, it may have a sticker to take advantage of the envelope.

If you want a size change we will process a return and a new purchase.

Once we receive the order, we will send the new one home, in case of a change in size, and we will proceed to refund the amount by the same payment method, discounting the shipping costs and once we have verified that it is in perfect condition.

Legal right to withdraw from the purchase Right of withdrawal

If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this Contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or in the event that the goods that make up your order are delivered separately, to the 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.

You can use the withdrawal form model that appears as an Annex to these Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method). that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise, expressly detailing the means of payment through which you wish us to make the refund. You will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

You must request the return on our website, from the request return section, and send the products to UDHARA, Calle Hernani, 68, 1A, 28020, Madrid, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than the 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the Contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the latter case, remember that you must deliver, together with the products, a printed copy of the electronic ticket that you will have received attached to the Shipping Confirmation.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

16.2 Contractual right of withdrawal

In addition to the right of withdrawal legally recognized for consumers and users and mentioned in clause 16.1 above, we grant you a period of 1 month from the date of Confirmation of Shipment of the products to return the products (except for those mentioned in clause 16.3 below, for which the right of withdrawal is excluded). The return of the gift card is governed by the Conditions of Use of the Gift Card.

Please note that the 1-month period will be calculated from date to date and therefore non-working days will not be excluded. When in the month of expiration there is no day equivalent to the beginning of the computation, the term will expire on the last day of the month. In the event that you return the products within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, but after the legal term has elapsed, you will be reimbursed only the price paid for such products. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product. In the latter case, remember that you must deliver, along with the products, a copy of the electronic ticket that you will have received attached to the Shipping Confirmation.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of clause 16.1 above, although if you inform us of your intention to withdraw from the Contract after the legal withdrawal period has elapsed, you must in any case deliver the goods to us within a period of 1 month counted. from the date of Shipment Confirmation.

16.3 Common Provisions

You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract whose purpose is the supply of any of the following products:

No changes or refunds of Premium jewelry are accepted. Exchanges or returns of removable cups are not accepted. Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the same, of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the / the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all of its original packaging, instructions, and other accompanying documents.

You can make returns through messenger / courier:

You must contact us through our return request form so that we can arrange collection from your home address. You must deliver the merchandise in the same package that you received it, following the instructions that you will find in the “RETURNS” section on this website. If you have made a purchase as a guest, you can request returns via messenger/Courier, by calling 606 58 24 33.

Neither of the two options will incur an additional cost for you.

In case you do not wish to return the products through any of the free options available, you will be responsible for the return costs. In the latter case, remember that you must deliver, together with the products, a printed copy of the electronic ticket that you will have received attached to the Shipping Confirmation. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us freight collect, we will be authorized to charge you for any costs we may incur.

After examining the article we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The reimbursement of transport costs will only be made when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period and all the items that make up the order in question are returned. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your intention to withdraw. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first. The refund will always be made in the same means of payment that you used to pay for the purchase, except when a gift receipt is presented for the return. In the latter case, the reimbursement will be made by means of a UDHARA credit card or ticket.

16.4 Returns in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

We do not sell in these locations, so it does not apply.

16.5 Returns of defective products

In the cases in which you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately through our contact form, providing the product data as well as the damage suffered, or by calling the number 606 58 24 33 where we will tell you how to proceed.

The product can be returned by sending it to the address indicated above.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to some defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs that you would have incurred to return it to us. The return will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase, except when a gift ticket is presented for the return. In the latter case, the reimbursement will be made by means of a UDHARA credit card or ticket. In any case, the rights recognized by current legislation are protected.

16.6 Right of withdrawal and return of orders from abroad.
