I would like to exchange or return an item
Information you need to know:
- Everything can be exchanged and returned, as long as it is in perfect condition, including the organic cotton bag or tissue paper.
- There is no time limit to make an exchange or return after receiving the order.
- Shipping costs are free for 1 exchange or return. That is, if you have already made an exchange and would like to return the item, the cost will be €3.60.
- You must send the item back in the organic cotton bag or with the tissue paper, depending on how the order was received.
These are the steps to follow:
1. Get in touch with us via atencion@udhara.es, on Instagram @udhara.lenceríanatural, or through our website chat. Whichever is easiest for you.
2. If you send an email, please put EXCHANGE/RETURN and Order number #xxxx in the subject line. Explain the reason for the return in the body of the email; if you reach out via Instagram, we will ask you for this information—it's just to help us improve! :)
3. Shipping.
We will send you a label so you can go to the post office (they can print it for you right there). Once the item reaches us, we will send you the new size or process the refund, whichever applies.
