I would like to exchange or return an item

Information you need to know :

• You can only change the bra, as long as it is in perfect condition, including the organic cotton bag.
• You have 15 calendar days to make a change or return from when you receive the order.
• Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If it is a change you will have to make a return and buy again.
• You must send the garment in the organic cotton bag.

These are the steps to follow:

1. Get in touch with us through contacto@udhara.es or via instagram @udhara.lenceríanatural. As it is easier for you.

2. If you send an email, please put the subject CHANGE/RETURN and the Order number #xxxx. Explain in the body of the email the reason for the return if you contact us on instagram we will ask you for this information :).

3. Shipping. We will process the return shipment. We will go to pick it up at your house when you tell us, or you can go to the post office. Cost €5.25 peninsula. €6.25 Balearic Islands.

If you prefer to send it on your own, with the company you want, we will give you the shipping address.
